1. INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE) MANAGEMENT
Analyze line capacity, labor utilization, layout; optimize line pitching & operator allocation.
Maintain and update factory-wide Standard Time database.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks, balance lines to maximize Throughput.
Coordinate IE changes with PPC & supervisors to meet daily output targets.
2. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (CI) & LEAN SIX SIGMA
Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects (DMAIC), ensure KPIs, cost savings & deadlines.
Manage Kaizen system from idea to implementation and ROI evaluation.
Maintain Cl dashboards & visual management.
Mentor project leaders; train and build Cl capability.
Use data tools (Minitab, 8D, FMEA) to solve root causes, reduce scrap & defects.
3. AUTOMATION & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Improve OEE & TPM performance.
Lead digital tools & automation implementation (e.g., automated sewing, computerized cutting).
Develop digital solutions to overcome human factors & drive adoption.
Identify and execute digital transformation & automation roadmap.

Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Automation/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in footwear manufacturing with 3+ years in management.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt with Black Belt level experience).
Proficient in Power BI, Minitab, SPC, TOC, FMEA, 8D, Advanced Line Balancing.
Good spoken & written English communication skills
