Engineering Management Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Phòng Thiết Kế Civil/ Architecture

Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd is looking for the Engineering management engineers for O Mon 4 Thermal Power plant project.
The Engineering Management Department supports site engineering management activities for a fast-track EPC combined cycle power plant project. This role coordinates multi-disciplinary engineering interfaces at site and assists integration among design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The position requires sound technical understanding and supports compliance with the Contract and applicable Vietnamese regulations and standards (TCVN/QCVN).

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify the civil and building drawings are fully coordinated with and correctly reflect the piling, architecture, structure design information.
- Review drawings, specifications, calculations, and vendor documents
- Coordinate with Owner/Consultant, and consortium partners

- Education: Bachelor s degree (Mechanical / Electrical / I&C / Civil / Structural / Architectural)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of engineering experience or experience in 2 or more EPC projects. Site experience in power plant is required
- Technical:
+ Understanding of power plant systems and engineering documents
+ Familiarity with Vietnamese codes (TCVN/QCVN), and local authority approval procedures
+ Understanding of Level 2 and Level 3 Schedule
- Skills
+ Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
+ Good communication skills to work effectively with Construction, QC, HSE, Vendors, HQ, Owner/consultant teams
- Language: English fluency is required
- Experience at Vietnamese power plant EPC project sites
- Experience working with Vietnamese power plant owners or operators
