As the IT Support Team Lead, you will be the technical and operational lead for all IT support services at the Can Tho site. You will manage local IT operations, oversee end-user support, coordinate with the regional IT team, and ensure a secure and productive IT environment for engineers and business users. You’ll help lay the foundation for long-term IT infrastructure for Faraday in Can Tho.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site IT Operations
• Lead daily IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor system health, security, and uptime for office network, engineering labs, and user devices.
• Manage IT service requests and incidents via ticketing systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, assets, licenses, and documentation.
2. Infrastructure & Security
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) and security protocols.
• Ensure adherence to Faraday’s IT security policies, backup procedures, and access control measures.
• Propose improvements to enhance system performance and security.
3. Project & Rollout Support
• Participate in IT infrastructure build-out for Can Tho site expansion.
• Support deployment of new systems, upgrades, and tools.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT support
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, VDI, network setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security best practices, backup solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Experience supporting engineering teams or technical users is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
