IT Helpdesk Engineer

As part of our growing presence in Can Tho, we are looking for an enthusiatic and service-minded IT Service team member to support day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a passion for technology and a strong sense of responsibility in user support and system maintenance. Your scope of work will be listed below:
- Provide first-line IT support for users: troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues,
- Set up and maintain IT equipment (laptops, printers, conference system, etc,) for employees and meetings,
- Support user account management, software installation, and system updates,
- Coordinate with the ITS team at HQ and other locations on system set up and issue resolution,
- Assit in implementing IT policies and maintaining documentation,
- Monitor system performance report any irregularities or downtime to the ITS team,
- Support internal communications for IT-related updates, guidelines, and procedures,
- Other tasks as assigned
