Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE
- To deliver high-level, quality and innovative business development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied by lead, guide, motivate and to promote this idea throughout the team to provide excellent customer service care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
** Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products:
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
- Overall marketing activities. Monitor daily activities of the whole Marketing department.
- Ensure department target is met.
- Monitor target achievement.
- Develop overall marketing strategy.
- Carry out marketing strategies and promotion campaigns with Marketing teams.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing agents.
- Oversee the Company’s marketing budget.
- Report to company’s management on all Marketing activities.
- Preparing monthly reports to BOD including IP & C&R (Monthly report, Operation report, Steering Committee, and group performance report).
- Reserving/booking land
- Circulating and taking note LOO/ LA and HO
** Seeking prospects:
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
- Participate in Seminars, events, conferences, fairs and etc. for promoting and seeking prospects.
- Seeking prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass media, and the internet.
** Lead/Take part in projects/activities as per MCS Workplan or assigned by BOD:
- Continuously coordinate with team members.
- Carry out daily tasks based on BOD’s assignments.
- Supervise the activities carried out by staff under his/her areas.
- Take part in Outreach program activities e.g., granting scholarship, financial support for workers in the park, etc. (as leader or a team member).
- To perform any work assigned by GD.
Yêu cầu công việc
** Educational qualifications/expertise:
- University degree or equivalent qualifications/experiences.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in relevant business industry.
- Good at power point, excel, world.
- Customer-oriented.
- Proactive and dynamic.
** Relevant knowledge and skills:
- Able to read, write and communicate fluently in Vietnamese and Chinese.
- Management skills; Leadership skills.
- Presentation and communication skills; Problem solving skills; Teamwork skills; Time management skills.
- Continuous learning.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Viet Nam Laws and Regulations.
