Navigating personnel, managing the services of one Bassac boat.
S/he
Manages the Food & Beverage, hospitality and welcoming services; ensures the seamless connection with service suppliers;
Guides the passengers during the visits;
Maintains the services standards and follows the procedures; reports to the operations manager
In cooperation with the operations manager, s/he:
Takes part in the recruitment of the crew and operations staff;
Supervises the logistics and supplies.
Yêu cầu công việc
23-35 y/o Vietnamese, fluent in English.
Good leadership, experience in Hotel management, reference required
Open, positive “can do” attitude, reliable
Able to work under pressure, flexible schedule
Bonus for Guide certificate, French-speaking

Basic salary: 9,000,000đ/month.
Working allowance: 350,000đ/day and night with guests.
Contract type: Full time permanent; on board 20 days & nights per month.
