Mô tả công việc
• Preparing monthly reports to BOD including IP & C&R (Monthly report, Operation report, Steering Committee, and group performance report)
• Reserving/booking land
• Circulating and taking note LOO/ LA and HO
• Organizing & storing paperwork, docs and computer-base information
• Assist with the annual audit (internal & external audit)
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
• Organizing & storing paperwork, docs and computer-base information
• Participate in Seminars, events, conferences, fairs and etc. for promoting and seeking for prospects
• Seeking for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass media, and the internet
• Propose specific package to be offered to different prospects
• Study carefully prospects in order to have effective approach
• Offer prospect assigned information
