Mô tả công việc
- To monitor supervisor consultant in supervision work.
- Checking, inspecting, and monitoring the contractor s works according to contract drawings and specifications.
- To assist Dept Head in preparing the construction plan, tender documents/ evaluation, and following detailed design for construction projects.
- To assist Dept Head in preparing written reports and ensure all site documentation is properly maintained.
- Performing any work assigned by Director/DGD/ Dept Head and submit timely reports when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge:
- University graduate in civil engineering/ bridge & road engineer
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferable.
- Years of relevant experience: ≥ 10 years
Skills:
- Have the ability to plan and organize duties in order to meet targets and objectives
- Ability to coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth progress of work
- Ability to prepare written reports and keep proper documentation of projects
- Have the ability to manage the construction team including mentoring, and scheduling activities for the construction team members
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD is required
- Communication skills (fluency in spoken and written English is preferred)
