1. Internship Overview:
We’re searching for an ambitious Business Analyst Intern who’s excited to dive into business analysis, process improvement, and product management. During your internship, you’ll:
- Develop Core Skills:
+ Collaborate with Business Analysts to learn best practices in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
+ Gain hands-on experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements.
- Work on Real Projects:
+ Contribute to actual product features and improvements by documenting user stories, workflows, and requirements.
+ Be part of discussions on business needs, product enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
- Grow Your AI Expertise:
+ Explore AI-powered tools to enhance requirement gathering, data analysis, and decision-making.
+ Experiment with automation and data-driven insights to refine and improve business processes.
- Understand Product Ownership:
+ Learn how to think beyond analysis—understand user needs, propose product enhancements, and see projects through from concept to release.
+ Embrace a flexible, outcome-focused mindset.
2. What You’ll Learn

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Explore data analysis methods to support business insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams in Vietnam and Australia, honing both your analytical and English communication skills.
- AI-Driven Analysis: Discover how AI tools can assist in data analysis, requirement gathering, and decision-making.

- Basic Understanding of Business Analysis: You’ve either done coursework or have some personal experience in business analysis, even if it s just an interest.
- Analytical Thinking: You enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, and solving business problems.
- Curiosity About BA Tools: An eagerness to explore business analysis frameworks and tools (don’t worry if you haven’t used them before).
- Passion for Problem-Solving: You enjoy tackling business challenges and learning new techniques.
- Team Player: Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficient in English (Both Written and Spoken): Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
