We don’t code the old-school way. We vibe-code using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. We automate everything we can and build AI Agents that think, interact, and execute. Coding here is part collaboration, part art, and part curiosity.

What You’ll Do
- Work with a modern team to design, develop, and deploy SaaS platforms
- Build features and APIs with Python/TypeScript, manage logic with Python/TypeScript, and occasionally dive into frontend UI
- Develop ReactJS interfaces that are responsive, clean, and user-centric
- Set up and manage AWS Amplify CI/CD pipelines
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, write smart boilerplates, and experiment with ideas
- Brainstorm and prototype AI Agents that automate workflows or decision processes
- Lead and collaborate with devs in Vietnam and business stakeholders in Australia
- Join team discussions, present solutions, and co-create the product roadmap
Yêu cầu công việc
- Has 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in SaaS products
- Loves Python and TypeScript — backend-first, but can roll up sleeves for the frontend too
- Is comfortable building modern, responsive web apps using ReactJS.
- Can deploy, optimize, and automate with AWS, especially:
- AWS Amplify (CI/CD setup, pipeline management)
- AWS CloudFront (deployment, caching, performance optimization)
- Thinks in AI-native workflows — you code with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok by default
- Is passionate about building AI Agents, automation, and low-code systems
- Has solid experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Believes in brainstorming, pair-thinking, co-creation—not just “task killing”
- Can lead a team, mentor devs, and own features from idea to production
- Closes the gap between business goals and engineering solutions
- Writes and speaks good English– clear, concise, and collaborative
- Communicates confidently with Australian stakeholder
