Data Analytics and Reporting
1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including financial systems, supply chain databases, and operational reports.
2. Develop dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, including cost-per-prescription, gross margin, labor productivity, and inventory turnover.
3. Identify trends in customer purchasing behavior, prescription utilization, and seasonal demands to support cost-efficient stocking strategies.
Cost-Saving Initiatives
4. Analyze operational processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
5. Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate supplier contracts and optimize purchasing terms.
6. Evaluate store-level operational costs, including utilities, staffing, and waste management, and propose strategies for reduction.
7. Recommend process improvements in areas such as inventory management, waste reduction, and shrinkage control.
Strategic Insights and Financial Modeling
8. Support the CFO and senior leadership by developing financial models to assess the impact of cost-saving initiatives.
9. Conduct ROI analysis for proposed investments or process changes.
10. Work with marketing teams to optimize promotional budgets and ensure campaigns yield maximum profitability.
Compliance and Risk Management
11. Ensure all cost-saving measures comply with industry regulations, including Pharmacy Retail Industry.
12. Monitor supply chain risks and recommend contingency strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
13. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
14. Present insights and recommendations to executives, highlighting actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
15. Train store managers and key personnel on cost-efficient operational practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, or Data Analytics certifications) preferred.
Experience:
• 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, cost optimization, or a related role within the pharmacy retail or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of implementing successful cost-saving initiatives.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, pharmacy software, and financial modeling platforms.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
