Mô tả công việc

Perform comprehensive testing of WeCRM features and functionalities

Design, create and execute test cases and test scenarios

Report bugs and issues through proper channels with detailed analysis

Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

Participate in project meetings and provide QC insights

Review and improve existing testing processes

Collaborate with development team to resolve quality issues

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience Level: Middle level (2-4 years of experience in QC/Testing)

Experience in software testing and quality assurance

Familiarity with CRM systems testing preferred

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience with test automation tools is a plus

Ability to mentor junior team members if needed

Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Nice to have experience in Automation testing
