- At least 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for websites, applications, other.
- Experience designing in dynamic and pressurized environments.
- Self-discipline and high learning.
- Experienced in wireframe, prototyping, user flow, user journey and interaction.
- Proficient use of design tools
- Knowledge in graphic fundamentals, in-depth knowledge of typography choice and layout, print and web best practices
- Understanding of color theory and composition
- Basic knowledge of animation and video editing
- Keeping up with the newest visual and marketing trends
- Keeping up to date with campaigns across Asia (and ideally worldwide)
- Knowledge (or ability to gain) and understanding of customer insights
- Understanding of the advertising landscape.
