Product Strategy and Planning
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend their integration into product strategies
Product Development Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with developer, design, and analyst teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Hands-on Problem Solving: Diagnose complex technical challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Partner with the development team to address performance and security concerns.
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance using data-driven metrics and propose optimizations.
- Proactively recommend technical improvements and system optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between developer, design, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences. Provide product training and resources.
- Ensure alignment between technical and business goals across all departments.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or technical leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development processes, system design, and technical architectures.
Leadership skills with experience managing teams and foster collaboration.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Passion for technology and continuous learning.
High adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong command of English for communication and technical documentation.
