Head of Safety, Health & Environment

- Manage all Labor Safety activities at factories under HG site: Pressure equipment safety; Electrical safety, Fire protection system safety; Safety at work positions includes risk assessment, working posture and internal traffic safety to achieve factory goals.
- Coordinate with department heads to deploy, inspect, monitor and evaluate pressure equipment processes, electricity, fire protection systems and equipment at work locations. Control processes and regulations in accordance with the Law.
- Field inspection, general assessment according to Policy on Electrical Safety of the factory.
- Inspect fire-fighting systems and equipment monthly, prepare reports to check the good performance of the fire-fighting system
- Update private information, decrees, documents of the state, investors, and partners on occupational safety including: Pressure equipment, electricity, fire and explosion prevention, workplace safety and local information.
- Coordinate and investigate related incidents and develop solutions to prevent accidents related to machinery to achieve set targets.
- Organize and conduct annual fire prevention and fighting drills.
- Participate in giving suggestions to factory directors on labor safety measures, providing constructive feedback on labor safety situations in production to minimize accidents for people and equipment.
- Guide, declare, and investigate occupational accidents (if any) in accordance with current laws. Regularly report the situation of occupational safety, occupational accidents and occupational hygiene to direct management.

- Graduated from University or higher with majors: Occupational Safety, Labor Protection, etc.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Labor Safety management. At least 3 years of experience working in a management position
- Have professional knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental Managemen
- Able to work independently and under high pressure while also having high teamwork ability.
