Mô tả công việc
- Manage and provide technical support to the development team (Frontend and Backend).
- Supervise and ensure the quality of team output: code review, testing, CI/CD.
- Analyze product requirements, plan technical solutions, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Design system architecture for web, backend, and mobile applications (as needed).
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and UI/UX teams to ensure feature quality.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to grow their technical skills and performance.
- Research, implement, and experiment with new technologies such as Blockchain, dApp, Web3, Recoil/MobX, Kafka, containerization, serverless, etc.
- Ensure all products adhere to technical standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in a Tech Lead or similar role.
- Frontend: Proficient in ReactJS/NextJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API) and/or VueJS.
- Backend: Solid experience with NodeJS, NestJS, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on with API Gateways, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, and CQRS.
- Experience in integrating third-party APIs, securing data, and system performance optimization.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker.
- Good English skills, especially in technical communication with global teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with React Native or Flutter.
- Background in OTA, eCommerce, or Fintech industries.
- Familiarity with Blockchain, dApps, Web3.
- Experience deploying apps on AWS/GCP/Azure.
